We're looking for a Resource Planning Delivery Senior Manager who is passionate about delivering and executing near term resource plans that enable TSB to deliver an outstanding customer experience through its range of products, services, and channels.

How you'll make a difference

You'll be based in Edinburgh, London, Bristol, or Gloucester however will work flexibly between home and our office. If working remotely is new to you, don't worry, we'll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work without distraction and a consistent internet connection.

What you'll bring

To make sure you're set up for success you'll already have these skills and experience:

* Outstanding problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
* Exceptional capability to interpret strategic planning models and deliver them through near term scheduling and tactical delivery across a range of business areas and channels (Voice, Chat, Face to Face, Back Office)
* Ability to manage a broad stakeholder network with ease, through a simple effective communication style
* Strong analytical skills accompanied by the capability to challenge performance of senior leaders and peers to deliver plans
* Decisive decision-making skills demonstrating the ability to balance Customer experience and cost
* A leader who can develop the skills and capability of the team driving greater efficiencies and better application of planning models
* A data expert who can take complex models and develop them and an everchanging environment
* Able to produce key on demand reports quickly that simplify the story of customer demand and experience
* Become a thought leader for TSBs Omni channel strategy
* Optimise customer experience utilising channel planning creating an effective balance of Voice and Chat
* Drive strategic technical view on the tools and capabilities required to evolve how we plan for the future
* A key part of the financial modelling for TSB leading with clear plans for outer years resource aligned to business strategy
