Overview
To provide comprehensive second-line support and configuration expertise for the Trust's Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, primarily SystmOne. This includes taking ownership of specific technical domains within the system, undertaking complex troubleshooting, performing system administration tasks, and leading upgrade testing cycles. The postholder is expected to act with a high degree of autonomy within defined guidelines, serving as a subject matter expert and escalating only when issues fall outside of their remit. The role is primarily office-based with extended periods of computer use and occasional travel to Trust sites for training, support, or stakeholder engagement. The postholder will actively contribute to service improvement, support the development and delivery of training, and participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation and procedures. They are also expected to uphold information governance and confidentiality standards and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Experience
* Experience with second-line support for EHR systems, particularly SystmOne, and performing system administration tasks.
* Experience with troubleshooting, upgrade testing, and documentation practices.
* Ability to work with a degree of autonomy within defined guidelines and to engage with stakeholders when required.
