Client:
Castlefield are working with an organisation as they look to recruit a personable Procurement Category Specialist to join their Procurement team. The position will be up to 12 months, covering maternity leave.
Duties will include:
1. Provide procurement support for strategic initiatives
2. Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new procurement legislation
3. Develop and manage procurement processes – low-value
4. Gather information, conduct research, analyse data, and prepare reports
5. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
The successful candidate will:
6. Public or Private Sector experience is required
7. Experience of managing and delivering procurement related processes and activities
8. A strong background in procurement, with a proactive mindset, willing to come in and hit the ground running
