Set in one of Scotlands most stunning coastal locations, the Lord of the Isles at Craobh Marina is preparing for an exciting relaunch. With views over Mull, Scarba and Jura, and a major vision to develop the marina and hospitality offer together, we are seeking a driven couple or professional partnership to take on these two senior roles and help shape our future.
Following a spring 2026 refurbishmentand with further remodelling planned for winter 2027we aim to deliver a modern, welcoming farm shop/café, bar and restaurant that champions local produce, seafood, exceptional service and an inclusive, contemporary drinks offering.
Head Chef
Lead the development of a high-quality, locally inspired menu and oversee all kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering a seasonal, high-quality menu
Managing kitchen staff, operations, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
Controlling budgets, purchasing and stock
Maintaining consistent standards of food quality and presentation
Waterfront Bar & Restaurant Manager
Drive the daily running and customer experience of the bar, restaurant, and café. Responsibilities include:
Leading the front-of-house team and overseeing all service operations
Staff recruitment, training, and performance management
Marketing, events support, and customer engagement
Stock management and operational compliance.

What We Offer
Head Chef salary: £38,000 competitive salary negotiable dependant on experience.
Bar and Restaurant Manager salary: £34,000 competitive salary negotiable dependant on experience.
