The Role
As an Experienced Audit Recruiter, you will take ownership of a well-established audit recruitment desk covering a defined UK region. You will act as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, working across a wide spectrum of audit roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for audit professionals at all levels
* Deepening relationships with an existing portfolio of firms and organisations
* Proactively sourcing and engaging high-calibre audit talent
* Advising clients on hiring strategy, market conditions and salary benchmarking
* Writing high-quality job adverts and candidate briefs
* Handling candidate calls flexibly around their schedules (some early starts preferred)
* Taking full ownership of your desk, revenue, and success

Who We’re Looking For
* Experienced recruiter with specialist audit or professional services experience (or demonstrable success in another niche recruitment market)
* Relationship-driven, commercially aware, and able to deliver exceptional service over volume
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive and organised, able to adapt your priorities based on client needs
* Confident managing a full 360 recruitment desk without micromanagement
* Someone who prefers a consultative, thoughtful recruitment style—not a “hard sell” approach
