The Role As New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results. You will drive new vehicle sales performance while ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Driving new vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessory performance. Monitoring sales activity, forecasting performance and managing departmental KPIs. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to maximise their potential. Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey. You will have: Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role. A strong record of delivering sales performance and profitability.
