Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services, Hospital Director, Lead Consultant for Clinical Governance, and the MAC Chair to drive clinical excellence and uphold the Clinical Governance Framework.
* Ensure compliance with hospital regulatory requirements and implement the Patient Safety and Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
* Conduct incident analysis, identify barriers to good practice, liaise with Heads of Departments, and develop remedial actions.
* Display and promote excellent clinical leadership and customer service within the hospital.
* Provide strong leadership to establish clinical standards, manage business objectives, and aim to be a leading private healthcare provider locally.
* Facilitate effective communication within teams and build relationships with all customer groups.
Who we're looking for
* Registered with NMC or HCPC is essential.
* Experience at a senior level.
* Experience in clinical audits and Root Cause Analysis.
* Recent PSIRF training.
* Quality Improvement or Project Management qualification.
* Proficient in Word and Excel, with ability to create data charts.
* Good facilitation and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in data collation, interpretation, report writing, and minute-taking with attention to detail.
Contract: Permanent
