Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working hours: Hybrid 3/2 with the option to be in the office more days if needed.

An international boutique finance firm in the energy company specialising in international investments is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join the business on a maternity cover basis. The company’s work broadly falls into two areas: delivering technical solutions such as renewable energy and storage projects, and providing advisory or facilitation services to help stakeholders make informed decisions about energy systems.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Reporting to the EA and providing seamless support to a team of 10 people
- International travel is a key part of the role organising travel to remote locations and assisting with visa
applications
- A key part of the role is office management including liaising with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinating company events and greeting external guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing company-wide diaries and ensuring accurate scheduling of internal and external meetings
Experience and Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of team secretarial experience within a fast-paced corporate environment and office management skills
- The candidate must have extensive international travel coordination experience
- The maternity cover will start mid to end of June
