Panel BeaterLocation: Bellshill Salary: £45,630 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:30pm (45 hours per week)We are recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-established commercial vehicle and fleet maintenance business in Bellshill.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out accident damage repairs to commercial vehicles and trailersComplete panel repairs and bodywork rectification to a high standardUndertake off-site repairs at customer locations when requiredIdentify additional repair requirements and report findings promptlyEnsure efficient use of parts, materials and repair methodsComplete all job cards and workshop documentation accuratelyFollow health and safety procedures at all timesMaintain a clean and organised work areaWear and maintain PPE in accordance with company policiesWork independently when required and follow lone-working proceduresRequirementsPrevious experience as a Panel Beater, HGV Panel Beater or Commercial Vehicle Body Repair TechnicianExperience repairing commercial vehicle bodyworkStrong understanding of panel repair techniquesBasic knowledge of paint products and application methodsGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standardsDesirableMunicipal vehicle experienceMechanical knowledgeLGV Class 1 LicenceWhat's On Offer£45,630 annual salary33 days annual leave including bank holidaysSalary sacrifice pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEnhanced parental leaveGP service and face-to-face counselling supportHealth and wellbeing programmeRetail, leisure and holiday discountsOngoing training and career development opportunitiesRefer-a-friend bonus of up to £2,000Death in Service benefit from day oneFree onsite parkingFree uniformTPBN1_UKTJ
