Role Overview
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver lessons across a range of subjects using provided plans and materials
2. Lead classes independently and maintain a positive learning environment
3. Manage behaviour in line with school policies
4. Support students with their learning and progress
5. Provide feedback to school staff after each lesson
6. Work flexibly across key stages and departments
What We're Looking For
7. Strong communication and classroom-management skills
8. Confidence leading full classes
9. A proactive and professional attitude
10. Good subject knowledge in at least one curriculum area
11. Experience working with young people or in schools is beneficial
12. Degree-level education or equivalent desirable
