Assistant Site Manager Start date: Monday 1st December Job Description A National Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a 3 month contract. The role is based in West Midlands, Warwickshire, Bedworth. This is a full-time position in the Construction industry with a salary range of £240 - £260 per day. Job Duties: Assist the Site Manager with the back end of the build from pre-plaster to handover. Required Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) First Aid Certification Valid Driving Licence Experience: Experience in New Build Housing projects.
