Overview: The Senior Workshop Technician is responsible for overseeing and carrying out advanced technical maintenance, repair, and service work on plant equipment & machinery within the workshop. The role ensures that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards. Based from: Stonehouse, GL10 3AQ Hours: 47.5 hours per week Responsibilities for the job role: Service, repair, and maintain a wide variety of construction machinery and plant equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery reliability and safety. Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices. Ensure all plant is compliant with health, safety, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Support the Workshop Planner with planning maintenance schedules and equipment readiness. Support and supervise Workshop team Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
