As a Mushroom Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting mushrooms from our growing houses, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in the picking process.
Responsibilities
* Hand-pick mushrooms with care to maintain product integrity
* Sort and grade mushrooms based on size, shape, and quality
* Trim, clean, and prepare mushrooms for packaging
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area
* Meet daily picking targets and quality standards
* Work efficiently as part of a team
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Physical stamina to stand and sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in mushroom picking or agricultural work
