The Role
This is a highly specialised, detail-driven role-ideal for someone who thrives on precision. You'll assemble critical audio components that power their production machines, working to extremely tight tolerances.
The work has been compared to watchmaking, jewellery-making, or fine technical assembly, requiring patience, dexterity, and accuracy above all else.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assemble precision audio components to detailed technical specifications
2. Inspect and verify component quality throughout the assembly process
3. Use precision tools such as micrometers, dial gauges, and feeler gauges
4. Identify and escalate any defects or deviations
5. Maintain accurate records (serials, measurements, tolerances)
6. Work closely with installation teams to integrate components into machines
