Operations Manager - 12 months Maternity Cover
What You’ll Do
As an Operations Manager, you will lead efficient DC Inbound operations, ensure service levels, compliance, and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency, and cost.
You will:
* Lead DC inbound departments to maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency
* Manage and optimize the flow of garments across all inbound departments
* Manage overall profitability through accurate planning, budget follow-up, and cost-saving initiatives
* Lead department teams to ensure logistic capacity aligns with DC Manager's plans
* Support Inbound Departments in resolving issues and ensure alignment with Controlling and Import/Export teams
* Support recruitment, development, and retention of the workforce for Inbound, based on capability needs and forecasted capacity
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate with department teams, the DC Manager, and the Controlling and Import/Export teams to ensure efficient operations, quality, and capacity alignment. You will also work with Department Managers to recruit, develop, and retain a skilled workforce, focusing on capability and cost-effectiveness.
