Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Northampton Independent Garage
1. Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
2. OTE: £45,000
3. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
4. No Weekend or Bank Holiday work

Our client, a large, mordern and well established Independent Garage in Northampton, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
10. Deliver exceptional technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
11. Stay current with the latest technical knowledge and maintain compliance with manufacturer training.
12. Adhere to company and manufacturer quality standards.
13. Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes.
Requirements of this Vehicle Technician role:
14. Must hold a Level 2 or higher qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
15. Possess a Full UK Driving License.
16. Demonstrated competence and experience in a workshop environment.
17. Open to career progression through new qualifications and an evolving skillset.
18. Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment.
19. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while providing outstanding customer service and representing the company professionally.
