We are seeking an experienced Tax Associate Director to join our Liverpool office. This senior leadership role will focus on driving growth within our tax practice, leading client engagements, and developing a high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax advisory services while helping clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and grow a portfolio of tax clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic insight.
* Provide expert technical tax advice and commercially focused solutions across a variety of sectors.
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and promotion of Xeinadin’s services.
* Contribute to strategic business planning, with a focus on revenue and profit growth.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, aligning them with Xeinadin’s values and standards.
* Oversee workflow planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, ethical, and professional standards.
* Continuously review and improve internal processes and practices to raise efficiency and quality.
* Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Key Requirements
* ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
* Strong technical expertise in UK tax advisory and compliance.
* JIEB qualification or experience with complex restructuring (desirable).
* Experience managing large, complex client portfolios with significant revenue potential (desirable).
* Proven track record in managing and growing a tax-focused client portfolio.
* Experienced leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a team.
