Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Supporting SEND Learners

Salary: £90–£110 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a setting that values teamwork, celebrates progress (big or small), and provides tailored learning for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH and complex learning difficulties.
The role includes:
* Supporting pupils both in class and through targeted interventions
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through consistent routines
* Working alongside teachers and support staff to deliver individualised learning
* Helping pupils engage, progress, and build confidence in a nurturing environment
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly SEMH or learning difficulties
* Be patient, adaptable, and committed to making a real difference
* Embrace the school’s values of high expectations, mutual respect, and inclusion
* Be open to ongoing training, including Thrive and behaviour support
