T his is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds - working from home and spending time in our Halifax office. What you can expect: Drive the delivery of end-to-end projects and / or BAU portfolio within your Delivery Centre by proactively identifying solutions to meet agreed business requirements within timescale, cost, quality constraints and achievement of milestones in line with Covéa’s methodologies and framework Proactively managing the benefits, deliverables, deadlines, blockers, resource challenges, readiness and acceptance and budgets, applying robust RAID management. Monitor and control resources, regularly reviewing forecasts v actuals, revenue and capital costs against portfolio budget. Identify and mitigate dependencies across your project(s)/ BAU portfolio, escalating any issues to roadmap owners for guidance. Identify and proactively manage key stakeholders up to Director level to ensure the delivery of projects/BAU portfolio are meeting the needs of the business. Own your change reporting and metrics, adhering to the information flow framework and making sure updates are timely and concise. Provide team or project/portfolio management, establishing clear and precise goals and timeframes. Collaborate with and learn from peers across all disciplines within the Delivery Centres to ensure effective communication and alignment. What you’ll need to succeed: Proactive in planning and delivering objectives at personal, project, and team levels - anticipates challenges, drives change, and proposes solutions to maintain progress. Works independently under time and scope pressures with minimal guidance. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, engaging and influencing stakeholders respectfully, considering their needs and interests. Skilled in problem-solving, balancing risk and value for informed, actionable decisions. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement in service delivery. Leads by example, motivates others, and shares ideas to guide teams through change. Applied change management methodologies with proven delivery success. Experience working in regulated environments, with solid insurance and business knowledge. Line management experience, including coaching and mentoring (desired). Proficient in project management tools: Confluence, Jira, MS Project, Word, Excel. Understanding of commercial and financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
