As Head of Marketing, you will:
* Lead multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth and brand presence across digital, social media, events, campaigns, and AI-powered marketing automation.
* Champion Safe to Trade, the UK's first voluntary hospitality food safety certification scheme, driving awareness and engagement across B2B and B2C audiences.
* Align marketing activities with strategic business goals and optimise ROI.
* Oversee lead generation campaigns, delivering high-quality prospects for the business.
* Manage, mentor, and inspire a growing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance results.
* Plan and deliver virtual and in-person events, including conferences, workshops, and client-facing activities.
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer ready to take ownership of a high-impact brand in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, and events.
* Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for both B2B and B2C markets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
* Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and social media algorithms to enhance marketing effectiveness.
* Manage marketing budgets, resources, and at least one direct report.
Requirements
* Proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or senior marketing leader.
* Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, ideally across B2B and B2C sectors.
* Experience in hospitality, food safety, retail, or professional services is preferred.
* Strong track record in multi-channel marketing, brand building, and lead generation.
* Proficiency in marketing automation, AI tools, analytics, and reporting.
* Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
