Graduate Formulation Scientist - Product Technology & Engineering

As a Formulation Scientist, you'll provide critical support across our Crop Protection R&D and Production & Supply projects, leveraging diverse practical techniques to develop and commercialize innovative products. You'll:
* Drive formulation design for new agricultural products
* Provide scientific insights and data-driven recommendations
* Contribute to our culture of scientific excellence
Key Accountabilities
* Design and execute formulation workplans with guidance from experienced colleagues
* Deliver and validate experimental data independently
* Collaborate across functions to achieve project objectives
* Support patent filings through technical data generation
* Share technical expertise with peers
* Maintain safety standards while conducting laboratory work
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
* MSc/BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience in formulation
* Strong practical laboratory skills
* Curious and enthusiastic approach to science
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Scientific problem-solving mindset
* Meticulous data recording and interpretation skills
Desirable:
* Experience in formulation design and testing
* Scripting or coding capabilities
