Position Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the food and consumer goods business with sales enablement, direct customer outreach and brand building strategies and tactics. Some of these include leading the creation of diverse content and sales materials, training and developing sales teams, planning and executing customer events, and providing data intelligence as and when needed. The candidate will understand and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives as they execute their role.
Leads and delivers sales enablement strategies such as content creation, content audits, sales training, and more
Leads various Account Based Marketing (ABM) marketing activities in conjunction with the sales and business development teams
Supports planning and execution of customer events, including presenting as subject matter expert as needed
Identifies, analyzes and maintains market data and intelligence to determine growth potential for packaging solutions with both current and potential customers.

3-4 years of marketing experience; 3-4 years of experience with a CPG, Beverage, ECOM or Packaging company; 3-4 years of experience in marketing data solutions, including sales support and vendor management; 1-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis and/or product marketing; Bachelor’s degree or relevant career experience is required in marketing, data analytics or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint & Excel) with aptitude for other software and/or technologies to solve business problems.
Ability to work with teams through complex projects; Proven project management skills to be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on a continuous basis.
Demonstrated ability to utilize market intelligence and data from a variety of sources to identify market trends, understand implications and present key findings as business opportunities.
Driving license required.
Fluent business English required, and additional languages is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM systems a plus.
