Role Overview
* Position: Paralegal
* Team: Abuse
* Location: Hybrid working from Exeter
* Working Pattern: Full‑time/Part‑time/Flexible

What you’ll do
* Attend and take notes of meetings, and attend court/conferences with counsel.
* Draft relevant documentation and provide legal and administrative support to senior lawyers.
* Carry out research into quantum, legislation, and case‑law.
* Assist with business development where appropriate.
* Support the team with file management.
* Take new enquiries and deal with other professionals and clients as required.
What we’re looking for
* Basic knowledge/interest in personal injury.
* Experience dealing with client information with tact and sensitivity, and the ability to discuss matters with clients in a sympathetic manner.
* A highly flexible approach and the ability to work well and flourish in a team environment.
* Excellent all‑round communication skills, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Excellent IT skills with an in‑depth knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Great time‑management and organisational ability.
