Were looking for a Corporate Insurance Account Handler to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
The Opportunity
As an Account Handler, youll be working closely with a Client Executive to manage the day-to-day servicing of commercial client accounts. Youll apply your insurance knowledge to support underwriting, claims, and broking processes, ensuring smooth, accurate handling from new business to renewal. This is a collaborative role where your skills in client engagement, policy management, and technical insurance knowledge will shine.
What Youll Be Doing
Supporting the Client Executive with end-to-end broking and servicing
Acting as a trusted point of contact for insurers and assisting with negotiations
Using your understanding of standard policy wordings, extensions, and limitations
Working in line with business standards, operational policies, and FCA regulations
Building and maintaining positive internal and external relationships
Accurately using client systems (Acturis knowledge is a plus)
Looking out for opportunities to meet broader client needs and referring leads internally
Maintaining your Continuous Professional Development
What Were Looking For
Cert CII desirable or happy to do it
Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making abilities
Commercial insurance knowledge and experience within a broking or insurer environment
Strong understanding of FCA compliance and broking processes
Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and confident using client systems
Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work as part of a collaborative team
A positive, inclusive mindset with a drive for professional excellence
