Are you a natural relationship builder who loves helping customers succeed? Looking to start a rewarding career in tech and customer engagement with real progression, hands-on experience, and world-class training? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is recruiting Graduate Account Representatives as part of our 12-month Graduate Development Programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience, structured learning, and a clear pathway from Operations into a full-time Account Representative role — where you’ll manage customer relationships and play a vital role in supporting our European members.
About the Graduate Program
The program is designed to unlock your potential and give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in a customer-facing career in technology.
You will start in our Operations Team, spending 3–6 months learning about our products, processes, and customers. Here, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how our platform supports thousands of businesses across Europe.
Once you’ve built a solid foundation, you will transition into your full-time role as an Account Representative — managing your own portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships, and helping them get the most out of our platform.
You will begin your journey at our Chippenham office and then move to our London Kings Cross headquarters to continue your career with TEG.
