The role
As a Quality Delivery Lead, you’ll set the standard for excellence across a varied, high‑stakes portfolio. You drive the development and delivery of quality strategies that align with Cavendish Nuclear’s objectives and ensure our projects meet customer, regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Driving the development and delivery of quality strategies and plans across programmes and projects.
* Coaching and advising teams at all levels to embed quality practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Supporting senior leaders to define processes, set quality targets and assure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
* Ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured and met through robust management systems and effective assurance.
* Tailoring quality frameworks for specific projects and activities to enable safe, efficient and repeatable delivery.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, based primarily at our Leicester or Warrington sites. Hybrid working patterns are available with four days per week on site.
Essential experience
* Proven track record in a nuclear or other highly regulated industry delivering quality strategy and assurance at programme or business level.
* ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training, with hands‑on audit planning and execution experience.
* Experience developing, implementing and improving quality management systems (QMS) and associated processes.
* Experience influencing and coaching multi‑disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to embed quality.
* Strong supplier and stakeholder management across complex supply chains and multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
* Essential: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training.
* Preferred: HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (e.g. engineering).
Security clearance
