The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced or aspiring Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a respected Company and Commercial team. This role offers a diverse and stimulating caseload, career progression prospects, and the chance to work alongside talented professionals in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive :
* Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and contracts.
* Advising clients on banking, finance, and regulatory issues with commercial awareness.
* Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions and projects.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.
Requirements of the Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive :
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid corporate and/or commercial law experience.
* Strong technical ability with the confidence to handle matters independently.
* Excellent communication and client care skills with a proactive, personable approach.
* A commercial mindset with enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the team’s success.
