Finance Administrator 6 Month FTC Southwold We’re looking for a motivated Finance Administrator to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent. In this role, you’ll support essential financial processes including credit control, accounts payable and duty functions, helping to ensure accurate, timely and efficient operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Support credit control and accounts payable workflows Process invoices, payments and account queries Assist with month-end processes and reporting Complete balance sheet reconciliations and statutory compliance tasks Help with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments About You Qualified, part-qualified or experienced in a finance administration role Strong IT skills, especially Excel and financial software Excellent attention to detail and organisation Effective communicator with a proactive approach Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your finance career within a friendly and forward-thinking team.
