Job Description:
MPA Recruitment are working on behalf of their market leading client in Ballygawley to recruit an Accounts Administrator. As an Accounts Admin, you’ll bring clarity to the chaos, turning spreadsheets into strategy and data into direction. This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become an integral part of a highly skilled team of professionals in a company which leads the way in the manufacturing sector.
This role is temporary initially with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be highly organised. This role also involves covering reception, so our client is seeking a warm, friendly personality to welcome visitors to their business.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 3pm
Essential Criteria
* The successful candidate must have 1 years’ experience working in an office environment
* Proficiency in accounts – with proven experience working with invoicing, purchase ledger, sales ledger etc
* The successful candidate must be fully completely literate with experience in working with the entire Microsoft office suite.
