STRICTLY NO AGENCIES PLEASE About the Role: Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Southern Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems. Travelling to residential sites in a two person crew, in one of our custom-equipped fleet of high tech vans. Survey the network of drainage systems Assess pip conditions to produce high quality reports with the help of state of the art drain surveying equipment Ensuring jobs attended are completed Troubleshoot any problems that arise on the job Liaise with the team of Technical Specialists in regards to access and equipment issues Ensuring safe site set up Updating the job notes on VISTEC Ensure photos are being taken of the setup, inspection chamber and whole site Delivering good customer service. Maintaining good H&S practise while carrying out works. Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them. About You: The ideal candidate will be hard working and respectful and comply with health and safety standards. Experience in the use of OS19X equipment is useful but not essential. Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces) are an advantage.
