We have an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional person to take on. Working in the heart of Birmingham, we are looking for a talented individual to take on a PA and Administrator role for a successful company based in the financial sector.

The role is a varied mix of reception support, administration, and client liaison, so we need a people person who can communicate confidently with a range of different people across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities for this role include diary management and dealing with inbound and outbound correspondence through a variety of methods.

Regarding clients, the role involves confirming appointments, handling data, and ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. You will therefore need to be outgoing and possess excellent communication skills. Other important aspects of the role include taking meeting minutes and training internal staff on company procedures.

When required, you will play an active role as one of the first people stakeholders see when visiting, helping to create a great experience. We need someone who can take control of all office support functions, including organising meeting rooms, ordering essential supplies for the office, and liaising with different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This is an exciting time for the company, so we need the right person, ideally with previous administrative experience, who is ready to take the next step. There is room for growth within the team, with the company looking to expand soon.
