What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs, formulating and implementing care plans.
* Provide advanced mental health input into multidisciplinary team meetings and offer specialist advice.
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health interventions to adult patients.
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals, external agencies, and patients’ families to ensure cohesive care delivery.
* Support junior staff through mentorship and supervision, fostering a learning environment.
* Engage actively in service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
* Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
* Current NMC Registration.
* Experience in Liaison Psychiatry.
* Proven experience with adult patients in Mental Health settings.
