Job Title: Electrical Instrumentation Engineer \n Location: Barrow-in-Furness. On-site \n Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience \n What youll be doing: \n Liaising with internal customers as required to foster collaborative working relationships and ensure requirements are adequately articulated, understood and met \n Installation of a variety of different instrumentation around site that captures our customers needs \n Fault finding and repairing of legacy equipment \n Work with BAE Systems supply chain department and equipment suppliers to deliver equipment that meets customer requirements \n Where appropriate support factory acceptance trial attendance and submarine system trials and analyse trial results when required \n Undertake peer reviews or checking/verification tasks as directed \n Provide support to the Certificate of Design activities \n Support the production of evidence in support of qualification, legislative requirements and safety justifications and provide specialist support for associated activities \n Your skills and experiences: \n Essential: \n Strong knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Principles \n Proficient in trouble shooting and repairing Complex instrumentation Systems \n Ability to read and Interpret technical/schematic drawings \n Demonstrable experience of defining and conducting test procedures. \n Excellent proble...
