Be at the forefront of predictive maintenance in Ripon, WI. As a Predictive Maintenance Specialist, you will lead the development of key maintenance protocols, manage critical spares, and initiate root cause analysis projects. This position operates independently within a structured framework and reports directly to the Area Leader, Maintenance & Facilities Manager.

Your Mission
* Use downtime analytics to improve maintenance strategies for critical processes and infrastructure.
* Work with maintenance and operations teams to develop maintenance strategies based on OEM guidelines and industry best practices.
* Create equipment bills of materials to determine appropriate stock levels.
* Collaborate with the master data team to ensure accurate equipment data in the CMMS.
* Manage vibration and infrared analysis programs and introduce new predictive technologies.
* Perform maintainability assessments on new or malfunctioning equipment and work with project managers to implement improvements.
* Contribute to the company's capital planning for infrastructure replacement.
* Develop organization-wide standards for maintenance processes.
* Lead strategic maintenance activities on critical machinery and asset overhauls.
* Improve maintenance methods in areas such as oil analysis, lubrication, and infrared scanning.
Who You Are
* BS in Engineering Technology, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience with hands-on maintenance.
* Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, including technical schematics interpretation.
* Experience in manufacturing operations like stamping, machining, and automated fabrication.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive team player who is self-motivated.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Committed to safety and best practices.
Physical Demands
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including stooping, bending, standing for long periods, manual dexterity, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
