My client is a growing SME with offices in Brighton.
Job Description
As the Head of Marketing Campaigns you will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage the email channel, optimising customer journeys, executing key communications (e.g., newsletters), and developing nurture campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
* Analyse data to improve performance, identify new journeys and target markets, and ensure accurate data segmentation
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution
* Lead media partnership strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and use data to inform decision-making
* Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that maximise commercial success
* Work with the wider leadership team to identify optimisation opportunities across channels
* Provide timely reports and insights on campaign and performance metrics
* Partner with leadership to identify and leverage commercial opportunities across campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Marketing Campaigns will have the following:
* Demonstrable experience within a similar role; with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns, including email automation experience - ideally gained within events or working with B2B events
* A strong track record of managing teams
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; with excellent copywriting skills
* The ability to work as part of a truly collaborative team.
