We're seeking an Associate Director to join our team, passionate about driving positive change within client PMOs through influence and delivery. This role covers multiple industry sectors and involves working on some of the UK's most high-profile and complex programmes. You will thrive in multi-disciplinary teams across diverse client environments, each with unique challenges.
You will have the opportunity to contribute across various programmes, supported by an experienced global team, while shaping your professional development journey.
What You Can Bring:
* Programme Lifecycle Expertise: Extensive experience across the full programme lifecycle, especially in establishing and delivering within major transformational PMOs.
* People Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams.
* PMO Maturity Assessments: Skilled in conducting assurance and evaluating PMO maturity and capability.
* PMO Setup: Capable of designing, developing, and implementing PMOs, including people, processes, and systems.
* Strategic Advisory: Ability to provide strategic guidance on PMO transformations, organisational design, project structuring, and performance improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills, able to lead workshops and manage stakeholders across in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in managing large volumes of information.
* Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and adaptable, delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.
* Change Leadership: Successful in leading or supporting change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
* Relationship Building: Skilled in cultivating strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Technical Authority: Recognized expert in managing successful PMOs for complex infrastructure programmes.
* Professional Credentials: Relevant certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/ChPP, MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, P3O, PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma.
