About The Client Our client is a market-leading supplier of materials processing and handling equipment, serving a wide range of industries including Quarrying & Demolition, Recycling & Energy, Construction, Scrap, Ports & Rail, and Forestry & Arboriculture. Renowned for their innovative solutions and industry expertise, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality equipment and support services that help clients improve efficiency, sustainability, and performance across complex operations. Hours of work: Monday & Thursday 17:00-19:00 and Tuesday & Friday 17:00-20:00, totalling 10 hours per week Duties And Responsibilities Thoroughly disinfect and sanitise medical equipment, surfaces, and patient rooms. Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections. Properly handle and dispose of medical waste according to guidelines. Clean and sanitise public areas like waiting rooms, restrooms, medical facilities, kitchens, offices and corridors. Perform specialised cleaning in critical areas like operating rooms. Hoovering and mopping floors. Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in patient and public areas. Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional. Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors. Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed. Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively. Collaborate with cleaning and medical staff for a clean environment.
