The Transformation Team is looking to recruit a Project Support Officer to support the delivery of its transformation programmes and projects as part of the transformation portfolio spanning continuous quality improvement, innovation, and digital change aligned through the Project Delivery System of the Trust's Continuous Improvement approach, Improving Together.
We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with a keen interest in pursuing a career in project management. This post offers an exciting entry into this professional field. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a team of qualified project managers. Access to a project management apprenticeship may also be possible.

Shortlisting criteria
* One year's experience of working in a public sector, or large organisation, project, or programme environment
* Educated to diploma level, or have equivalent experience
* Good awareness of a recognised project management methodology
* In-depth knowledge of assurance procedures, committees, and boards
* Proven track record of minuting meetings, note-taking, administrative duties, and using initiative
* Experience in continuous & quality improvement
* Experience of process mapping & scoping requirements
