Team Leader Jointing Location: Site Based Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum benefits Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday About the Role My client is looking for an experienced Team Leader Jointing to oversee electrical jointing projects on LV and HV distribution systems. As a Team Leader Jointing, you will lead site operatives, ensure all works are delivered safely and to high standards, and support the site management team. This position would also suit candidates with experience as an HV/LV Cable Jointer, Electrical Jointing Team Leader, or Overhead Linesman. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead operatives on site Carry out LV/HV cable jointing, terminations, and testing Install, repair, and maintain electrical distribution equipment Complete risk assessments, safety briefings, and accurate work records Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Skills & Experience Proven experience in LV/HV cable jointing EUSR SHEA (Power), First Aid, Manual Handling, and Asbestos Awareness trained Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems Full UK Driving Licence Preferred: UKPN authorisation, City & Guilds 2332, LV linking/fusing, and strong fault-finding skills.
