The Role
Full-time Year 1 class teacher
Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
Foster a warm, encouraging classroom environment that supports early learning
Work closely with supportive teaching assistants and colleagues
Track and assess pupil progress, ensuring high standards across the class
Contribute to the wider life of the school with enthusiasm and commitment
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
Experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1
A nurturing, reflective and passionate educator
Strong understanding of early reading, phonics and early learning pedagogy
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to uphold and support the school's faith ethos
