Greenfields Childrens Services, part of the CareTech Group, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in the Bristol area. We provide tailored, high-quality care for children and young people, helping them build brighter futures in a nurturing and stable environment
About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, youll work closely with young people, supporting their emotional, social, and behavioural development. Youll be part of a dynamic and experienced team that values compassion, consistency, and person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
Supporting daily routines, activities, and life skills development
Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
Ensuring a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
Working within a structured rota: 2 days on, 4 days off (8am 10pm including sleep-ins)
What Were Looking For:
Full UK manual driving licence and own transport (essential due to rural location)
Minimum 3 months experience in a similar setting (preferred)
QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards it)
Energetic, adaptable and ready to engage in fun, active days
A genuine passion for working with children and young people
