We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Trade Planning Manager for Ambient and Non Food to join the Trade Planning team on a full-time basis based out of Hilmore House. You will be responsible for the delivery of like-for-like sales and market share for your area. This includes planning holistic delivery of our trade plan, all areas outside of Fresh, aligned to the quarterly customer plan, as well as coaching a team of Trade Planning Managers to deliver the customer plan .You will have line manager responsibilities for 6 members of the team. Teamwork in this role is critical! Your key relationships will be with the commercial team, influencing them to ensure we have the right price and promotions at the right times and in the right quantities for customers. You will work closely with and business partner the ambient food and ambient non food commercial directors, providing support & integration with their business planning, whilst challenging & influencing to be the voice of the customer. You will also work closely with marketing, effectively communicating with our in-store marketing and advertising teams in a timely manner to ensure we communicate our trade plan to our customer through the most effective channels. Other key stakeholders will be our customer insight team and our store/retail operations teams. supply chain & merchandising About you We are looking for someone that is commercially minded and has a great understanding of trade planning.
