We have exciting opportunities available now to join us on a permanent basis.This is an opportunity to join an established team of Supplier and Contract Managers within HM Land Registry's (HMLR) Transformation & Technology (T&T) Directorate, supporting BAU Operations and an exciting Transformation Programme.
HMLR seek to build successful partnerships with our Technology Suppliers to help us deliver our Business Strategy, and this post plays a pivotal role in delivering commercial and technical outcomes for the Business.
The postholder will :
* Proactively and effectively manage a grouping of suppliers and contracts within the T&T ICT contract portfolio. This includes managing supplier performance against contract KPIs and SLAs and ensuring HMLR deliver on their obligations.
* Build and maintain the supplier relationship through the whole lifecycle; on-boarding through to exit.
* Be responsible for ensuring HMLR receives value on investment through regular and comprehensive performance reviews.
* To act as an escalation point for service and supplier related matters where supplier performance, delivery and support are considered an issue.
