ER Advisor - fixed term contract - £35,000 - remote
We have an urgent requirement for an ER Advisor, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong ER experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Please note, due to the urgency only candidates who are either immediately available, or able to start within one week will be considered for the role.
What you will be doing
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
* Support line managers in handling cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Prepare and review documentation, case notes and reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

* Previous experience in an Employee Relations
* Able to start either immediately or with a weeks notice
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
