You’ll provide professional planning advice, prepare and submit planning applications, and contribute to strategy and policy work. Key Responsibilities: Manage planning projects from inception to completion Prepare planning applications, appraisals, and appeals Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities Undertake planning research and site assessments Support business development and client relationship management Mentor junior team members as needed About You We’re looking for a commercially aware and driven Senior Planner who enjoys a varied workload and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.
