Conference and Banqueting Supervisor
The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family!
As our C&B Operations Supervisor you serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside the events team to perform technical or functional job duties. You are able to encourage and motivate the team to perform their best and you take responsibility for tasks you are assigned and can make the right decision and provide input on possible improvements. Communications skills are key as you will need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the events run efficiently
To succeed as our C&B Supervisor, you will:
* Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
* Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Senior Waiter / Team Leader role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
* Experience within a 5* hotel or property of similar size and complexity.
* Previous experience with Delphi and Micros.
