Profitable, employee-owned, and mission-driven, theyve helped over 100 organisations deliver exceptional digital experiences for both customers and employees.
As the business continues to scale, theyre now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role for a commercially focused marketer ready to take full ownership of marketing activity with a strong emphasis on lead generation, digital performance, and online visibility. The role reports directly to the Founder and offers a defined route to Head of Marketing and beyond.
What youll be responsible for:
Owning the full digital funnel and delivering qualified leads to the sales team
Managing outbound campaigns including email, webinars, and in-person events
Planning and promoting webinars and seminars to support lead gen and brand awareness
Leading Account-Based Marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team
Creating and sharing case studies, win stories, and customer success content
Managing PR activity and relationships with external media and partners
Reporting on campaign performance, pipeline health, and ROI to inform future activity
Owning the website and social media channels, with a focus on engagement and SEO
Running campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Linked-In Campaign Manager
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Solutions to ensure aligned messaging
Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and market trends
What youll bring:
Experience in B2B software or SaaS marketing either agency-side or in-house
A proven ability to run digital campaigns that generate real business results
Confidence using HubSpot, with working knowledge of Salesforce and Linked-In Ads
Strong copywriting skills for email, blog, and social content
A proactive, data-led mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
Ability to work independently, while being a collaborative team player
An understanding of design basics or experience working with designers on assets
Whats on offer:
£50,000£60,000 salary depending on experience
Hybrid working 3 days per week in the Woking office
