About the role
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll play a key role in the planning and coordination of daily transport operations, ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. Managing both own fleet and subcontractors, including freight forwarding activity
Ensuring compliance with driver hours, regulations, and transport best practices
Responding to operational issues and adapting plans in real time
Maintaining strong communication across internal teams and external partners
Building and maintaining relationships with drivers, customers, and suppliers
About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a team player who is confident, communicative, and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who can think on their feet, build strong working relationships, and stay focused under pressure will succeed here.
