Business Analyst | Smarter Bidding Programme
TRIA have partnered exclusively with a global transportation company who are going through a large transformation programme. Due to this, they have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
Rate: £600-£625 per day Inside IR35
Contract Length: Initial 6 month, strong likelihood of extension
Hybrid: 3x days central London
Key Responsibilities
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering across bidding and pipeline processes
• Produce as-is and to-be process maps, user stories, and business requirements
• Analyse and redesign Excel-driven workflows into scalable digital processes
• Support evaluation of platforms including Monday.com, Salesforce, and Edison365
• Work closely with international stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Support vendor assessments, solution reviews, and rollout planning
Required Experience
• Business analysis within digital transformation or operational improvement programmes
• Process mapping, workflow redesign, and stakeholder workshops
• Workflow, CRM, collaboration, or bid management platforms
• Supporting software/vendor selection activities
• Experience working with international stakeholders
