Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Midlands region to expand Bizerba’s customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with Bizerba’s product portfolio. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential risks. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to customers and senior management. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in business development or sales within the sales industry, ideally with a focus on technical or industrial products. Strong understanding of the Midlands market and relevant sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
